Customers are issued coupon books for making payments. Although the coupon books are designed for quarterly payments, the customer may choose to pay monthly, more than one quarter at a time or annually.

Coupon books

Coupon books are mailed to new customers and annually to existing customers. New customers may not receive a coupon book for several weeks after they have signed on for our service, even though garbage pick up may have already begun prior to receiving a coupon book. If payment periods overlap, customers may make smaller payments if necessary until they get caught up.

Coupon books are set up for quarterly payments. However, you may make payments larger or smaller than quarterly.

Larger than quarterly: Enclose the coupon for the period(s) you are paying.
Smaller than quarterly: To pay by the month, do not use a coupon. Make a note in the memo section of your check, showing your account number and the month(s) you are paying for.
If you lose your coupon book: You may still make quarterly payments without a coupon book. Just be sure to list your account number, if you know it, and the period you are paying, in the memo section of your check. If you wish to have your coupon book replaced, there is a $5 replacement fee.

Roll-offs

The base amount will be due at the time of delivery, and a weigh slip and bill will be sent after pickup for any additional tonnage or additional days used.

If paying by credit card (not an option on residential service), call our office with credit card information. Drivers do not have credit card processing capabilities.
